RYA Sail practical course during 5 consecutive days

Course content

This course is available for our RYA Competent Crew participants. We offer the course as 5 consecutive days. The course is combined with RYA Coastal Skipper participants.

Competent Crew participants experience living on board and really getting to know the yacht. Virtually the whole course is hands-on. You are the crew - without you the sails won't go up and the yacht won't be steered. Enjoy the sailing and learn many new nautical terms and names of parts of a yacht, her rigging and sails, sail handling, ropework, safety measures, fire precautions, personal safety equipment, executing the man-over-board drill, emergency equipment, meteorology, helmsmanship, manners and customs, rules of the road, and much more.

Your participation is confirmed upon receipt of your course fee payment.
