RYA Start Yachting (S-BE-SY603BE)

The RYA Start Yachting course is a 2 day introductory course for complete beginners. Tuition is on board of one of our cruising yachts. By the end of the course you will have experienced steering a yacht, sail handling, rope work, and have an awareness of safety on board. This course is all about experiencing sailing in an enjoyable and relaxed way. Most likely, you will get bitten by the sailing bug, making this course the start of your new passion.

Course content

You will stay onboard for the duration of this 2 day course. During the course you will be working with your other crew members to learn sailing the yacht while also experiencing the beautiful scenery and harbours at our training locations at the Belgian coast or local Oosterschelde estuary and lakes.

Registration

You can register for participation in this activity by filling in your details in the registration form followed by your online payment. Your participation is confirmed upon receipt of your course fee payment. Accepted methods of payment are iDeal and bancontact, alternatively via an electronic bank transfer as specified on our invoice.
